Bang Pa-In Palace
Bang Pa-In Palace, also known as the Summer Palace, is a stunning royal residence located just outside the historic city of Ayutthaya. Originally built during the reign of King Prasat Thong in the 17th century, the palace complex was expanded and renovated by subsequent monarchs, particularly King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in the late 19th century. The palace is a blend of Thai, Chinese, and European architectural styles, with beautifully landscaped gardens, pavilions and buildings.

Wat Niwet Thammaprawat
Wat Niwet Thammaprawat, a 1st Class Royal Temple, is one of Ayutthaya’s most distinctive and intriguing temples due to its European Gothic architectural style. Built in the 19th century during the reign of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V), the temple is notable for its church-like structure, complete with stained glass windows and a bell tower, which is highly unusual for traditional Thai temples. It reflects the king’s appreciation of western culture, while maintaining traditional Buddhist practices.

Learning Story of Khon
The Learning Story of Khon offers visitors an immersive experience into one of Thailand's most cherished traditional performing arts—Khon, a classical dance-drama that depicts stories from the Ramakien (the Thai version of the Ramayana). Ayutthaya is an important cultural hub for Khon, and the Learning Story of Khon exhibition provides a deep dive into the art form's history, costumes, music, and theatrical techniques.

Arts of the Kingdom Museum
This exceptional cultural institution is dedicated to showcasing the artistry and craftsmanship of Thailand’s royal history. The museum focuses on the exquisite works created for royal palaces, temples, and ceremonies, highlighting the skill and beauty of Thai artisans. Exhibits include intricate textiles, ceramics, wood carvings, and sculptures, with many pieces reflecting the golden age of Ayutthaya’s cultural and artistic achievements.
